Cancellation Policy
If you “No Show” for your scheduled appointment you will be charged for the full amount of the service that was suppose to take place. If you “Cancel Last Minute” you will be charged 50% of the total appointment amount. In order to book again a NEW DEPOSIT is required. A 2nd NO-SHOW you will be charged the full amount again and you will be BANNED FROM FUTURE APPOINTMENTS !! Please understand you must cancel 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment to not be charged. All services are final , NO refunds.
Please respect my time & others, if you are running late for your appointment please contact me immediately, & you will be given a 10min grace period. After the 10min grace period, you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 15 minutes, you will have to reschedule and your appointment will be canceled. I will have to cancel/reschedule your appointment (late cancel fees will apply). This way it will not affect the scheduled appointment after you or for the rest of the day
Please note that if your card is not valid for any fees that may apply to you (no show, last minute cancellation) you will have to pay for services IN FULL before re-booking. In addition to whatever policy fee is owed on your account.
